Mikhail Zavylov was appointed as HR Director of Smart Holding
Mikhail Zavylov, prior to joining Smart Holding, worked at Metro Cash & Carry Ukraine, where he held various positions in top mananagement team as HR Manager (2002-2005) and Human Resources Director (2005-2011). He also got experience in HR Management at executive positions in companies such as Wimm Bill Dann Ukraine, Procter & Gamble Ukraine Ltd and others.

MFA of Ukraine and Smart Holding have agreed on cooperation

On October 31, 2011 the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (MFA) and 13 leading industrial holdings of Ukraine, which consists of more than 200 enterprises, have signed the Memorandum of cooperation. This agreement appeared as a result of the second session of the Council of Exporters under the MFA of Ukraine.
