They have only one day to accept or reject a buyout offer. The shareholders can receive next offer not earlier than in a half of year. The long-awaited official offer of Heamoor and “Geo Alliance” of Victor Pinchuk, a businessman, to buy shares in oil and gas company Regal Petroleum has not taken place. Yesterday the company refused the purchase, leaving Vadim Novinsky’s company Energees Investments the only contender for Regal. Heamoor and “Geo Alliance” see no reason to raise the price of the shares of the company with questionable assets, the analysts say.
