In 2007 Smart Holding entered the construction and development industry and now it holds interests in companies Yudzhin and Krivorozhaglostroy.
The rights of the company Yudzhin to a significant land plot (around 80 hectares) are at the stage of registration.
Krivorozhaglostroy (Dnepropetrovsk Region) mostly deals with industrial construction, specialising in large projects for heavy industries like metallurgy.
