To control the oil and gas cluster we are going to found a company called Smart Energy. Its area of responsibility will include already existing projects of Smart Holding related to alternative energy, such as pellet plant in Vinnytsia region and several others. Smart Energy will be headed by First Deputy CEO of Smart Holding, Alexey Timofeyev.
